No change-of-mind returns

For health and safety reasons we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

Wrong, damaged or missing items

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the packaging and product
  • We will assess and, where applicable, arrange a replacement or refund

Pre-order and harvest timeline

Fresh harvests typically require 4 to 6 weeks to complete purification, sun drying, testing and preparation for distribution. Customers receive email updates during the harvest stage, a notice when a batch is ready to ship and a tracking email once dispatched.

Dispatch and delivery

  • Orders ship from within Australia via Australia Post
  • Once a batch is released for distribution, processing is typically 1 business day
  • Transit time is usually 1 to 3 business days to most metro areas (regional times may vary)

Your statutory rights under the Australian Consumer Law apply in addition to this policy. If your product is faulty or not as described, contact us and we will assist.
