Where We Ship From

All orders are shipped from within Australia.

Carriers and Tracking

Orders are sent using Australia Post. A tracking number is provided by email once your parcel is lodged, so you can follow its progress through Australia Post.

Processing Time

Ready-to-ship orders are generally processed within 1 business day.

Delivery Times

Standard Delivery

Orders are sent using Australia Post. Standard deliveries generally arrive within approximately 2 to 5 business days for many Australian destinations. Regional, remote or some interstate deliveries may take longer.

Spring Sale, Free Express Upgrade

During the current Spring Sale, Australian orders receive a free upgrade to Express Post. Express deliveries are generally faster than Standard Delivery and are estimated at around 1 to 2 business days for many metro destinations. Actual delivery times depend on the origin, destination and Australia Post's network.

The 1 to 2 business day timeframe is an estimate, not a guaranteed transit time. The free Express Post upgrade is a current Spring Sale benefit and may not be available outside the promotional period.

We do not guarantee carrier transit times. All delivery estimates depend on Australia Post's network and destination.

Shipping Fees

Standard shipping within Australia is included at no extra cost, unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Pre-orders

Most orders ship from ready stock. If a specific item is offered as a pre-order, this will be clearly stated on the product page and at checkout, along with its expected timing.

Delivery Issues

If your parcel appears delayed, please check the tracking information first. For lost or damaged parcels, contact us at info@shilnepal.com with your order number and, where relevant, photos of the damaged parcel or product so we can assist with the carrier.
