Where we ship from

All orders are shipped from within Australia.

Carriers and tracking

Orders are sent with Australia Post. A tracking number is provided by email when your parcel is lodged. You can track delivery through Australia Post’s tracking page.

Harvest timeline

Our shilajit is harvested near Namche Bazar, in Nepal and finished using traditional methods. Fresh harvests typically require 4 to 6 weeks to complete purification, sun drying, testing, and preparation for distribution.

Processing and delivery timeframes

  • Ready-to-ship items: Once a batch is released for distribution, orders are processed within 1 business day.

  • Transit time: Delivery takes approximately 2 to 5 business days to most Australian metro areas. Regional or remote addresses may require additional time based on Australia Post’s network.

Shipping fees

Standard shipping within Australia is included at no extra cost unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Delivery issues

If your parcel appears delayed, please check the tracking link first. For lost or damaged parcels, contact us at info@shilnepal.com with your order number and photos (if damaged) so we can assist with a resolution with the carrier.

Returns

We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will review the case and assist you. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law remain in addition to this policy.
