How to use Shilajit
Take approximately pea-sized (~0.3 g) daily.
If resin is firm, warm tin in your hands or pocket for 2 minutes.
Pinch a pea-sized amount or use a clean spoon or knife to scoop. Either:
- Dissolve in warm water, tea or milk and drink, or
- Roll into a small ball and swallow like a pill.
